Q: How long should a person lay on the cradle?

Have not used product in quite awhile. I believe it had information regarding time. Since it is used to keep posture, I used it for at least a half hour. The floor was the only truly firm place to lay and keep neck in posture so half hour on floor was long enough for me. Spent time with a physical therapist and they used a neck cradle too while they had me do specific exercises to strengthen the neck.
