Would be perfect is it had a cable stopper feature
Really good quality winch and pulls very strong. Only thing I don't like about bit is the cable was too long and doesn't have a cable stopper like the harbor freight one does so the whole spool wants to come undone constantly.

Inner boxes were in pieces!
Winch is OK and operable but the shipping cartons on the inside of the outer box were in pieces. Small parts were not in there packages and the winch was scratched up on the end.

Missing pieces but good equipment
It was missing the safety hook, strap, and the mounting bolts, but the product itself is nice. Reached out to customer service and will update if I hear back. Update!- sent me replacements parts but ran imto another issue. The bolts connecting the battery terminal has pulled from the housing
