Every Landlord's Legal Guide

An all-around good book; however, the "updated" version appeared nearly identical to the previous edition. Don't waste your money on the updated version if u already have the previous edition.

This was a gift for my husband who is a first time landlord. He is learning a lot a very important business information inside this book.

Excellent resource for first time landlords or anyone who wants to brush up on best practice, tips and laws. I really liked the state-specific information. The downloadable templates were perfect and helped us not feel so overwhelmed.

I would recomend getting all three of the books in this series. I.E. the managing property one, the tax one, and the legal guide. Tons of great information!

This book shows you how to be a professional landlords. You learn how to run your rentals like a business. It's not just about picking up rents and paying bills.

This is one of the best resources for Landlords. I would highly recommend for the new or seasoned landlord. The book contains a lot of helpful information and provides several good websites.

When I need to know how to handle a situation, I can always find the answer I need in this guide.
