This is my favorite hydrating drink so far. I have been told to drink more water but I don't like plain water and need help with getting dehydrated. These are a perfect solution. There are enough for 20 glasses and the taste is great. They come in little plastic tubes so they don't tear open if you throw a few in your purse or car to use later. I feel more hydrated but don't notice any extra energy.
