This is my first time trying this brand and its AMAZING. I felt the result the first day I tried it. I was bloated, had mild discomfort while urinating. So far I have been having great results. The feminine balance with a daily probiotic that helps me maintain good bacteria and pH during my period. Good vaginal tract bacteria and pH levels are key elements in the prevention of unpleasant odors that can come along with bacterial vaginosis aka bv. It promotes vaginal and digestive health, which I noticed has made my period cycles more regular and less radical symptoms. I like that this is a two and 1 supplement. It really has helped with my digestive systems I usually have some stomach issues, but since taking the supplements they have lowered dramatically. These pills are vegan and vegetarian friendly, so need to worry if you're a meatless person. They are also gluten-free for those who need that option. It comes with a 50 day supply. These supplements helps maintain proper pH levels. I would definitely recommend these supplements to any woman interested in balancing ph levels and maintaining a good digestive system, they are well worth the money.

I have had digestive issues for quite some time, even worse since a round of antibiotics a couple months ago. I realize the instructions are to be specific, but I am not someone who can do this in a public forum, not on this issue, anyway. I am very happy to say, however, that they have improved, considerably. It is difficult for me to swallow pills, kefir has never been particularly appealing, and while I have tried eating more fermented foods, it didn't seem to help much. Being able to drink this works perfectly as a delivery system, and all the better that it actually works ameliorate the actual issues, as well. Very helpful! It also doesn't taste bad. I am not sure, yet, whether it helps with UTI issues, but am optimistic. Definitely recommended.

I have 2 dogs that were itching and chewy on their skin like crazy, I tried allergy medicine, and I also tried some probiotic for dogs, and it only reduced the problem. I ordered this for me and I like it, so I decided to try a half dose for each of my dogs. I was surprised that this actually is working for them. I haven't had to give them any allergy medicine, and they are doing much better.

I just open the packet and dissolve directly in my mouth rather than adding to a drink. Tastes good and seems to be working more effectively than gummies I’ve tried in the past
