Will these fit sony mdr-1a? if not, any recommendations?

They will not. I have no idea of any other replacements that will, sorry:(

Is this the price for 1 or 1 pair of ear pads?

I received a pair, so I assume you would also. I like the feel and the suppression of ambient sounds/noise. Recommended.

Are these comfortable for someone with glasses?

Yes, they are very comfortable with glasses, the cushions mold right over them and still create a great seal around your ears without squeezing them into your head.
