Dodge Ram 2500/3500 Factory/OE Design Fender Flares. 2010-2018 Models. Set of 4

These flares fit surprisingly well! Mounting holes were pre-drilled and lined up perfectly with the existing hardware. I cleaned the fenders with a good wax remover prep, the pre-installed double sided tape worked to keep the flares tight to the body through all of the New England snow this winter. Everything still looks great!

I had ordered a set of aftermarket off EBay that didn’t fit, so after reading reviews on these, despite some negative, I went ahead and bought these since they were said to fit. The eBay ones were flexible plastic, and these are a hard plastic..... At first was bummed about it, but these match the other plastics on the truck, so it works out. And I think these will be less likely to fade. The bad reviews say they rub the paint off the truck. I first tried what one reviewer mentioned, and got door edge guard. I didn’t care for how that turned out. So what I did was removed the double side tape that came on them. It was hardly on there and peeled right off. I Wiped the area clean with rubbing alcohol, and put on fresh tape (I had 1/4 inch fusor brand so that’s what I used) Did a test fit and saw that the tape would barely hit the truck. So I put another layer of tape on it. This worked perfect. This holds the flares edge just a hair away from rubbing on the paint. (See picture) Once that was taken care of, the installation wasn’t terrible. The backs fit the best. There are markings on where to drill. My truck has factory rear wheel well liners so I used those 8mm bolts. Test fit and look to see about where to drill. The rears just happened to be pretty close in where they say to drill. The fronts have two holes pre-drilled. These aren’t drilled correctly, for the line molded in the flair to line up correctly with the fender/bumper filler area. After a little positioning, I got it pretty close, marked where to Drill and went with it. Overall, they are cheap flares no doubt, but I would buy them again. Take your time test fitting, and double up the tape I don’t think you’ll have any problems. I would have rather got factory flares but the cost is ridiculous. These will do just fine

Install wasn't bad they look good great value for the money. The downfall I have is they are inconsistent in fit. Front left fit perfect. Front right not quite as well. Back right really good, back left needed a lot of extra love. The issues is the back (rear) side bottom corners do not match OEM design. Confirmed this when I tried adding OEM molded mudflaps for RAM trucks with factory wheel flares. They don't long up at all. Had to send the mud flaps back. First I went to my neighbors truck that had OEM flares am the flaps fit perfect. That's when I noticed the design difference in the mold.

These fit my 2018 Ram 2500 Crew Cab with a 6ft. bed. All Ram badges/decals including Cummins badge remained in place. Did not use any supplied screws from the manufacturer. Clean you fenders prior to trial fitting! The flares come un-drilled so you have to do some work. They have markings where to drill but you should trial fit first and verify marks are in the right location. Each flare is marked for wheel well location but you can figure that out easy enough. When you trial fit you will find out how they fit the wheel well and also where they fit into the fender panel grooving near the both ends of the rear flares and the back end of the front flare. There is a raised area on the flare that must fall into the body panel groove... you will see. Do not remove the 3M adhesive backing until you trial fit and drill all holes! When you are ready to install just pull a small section of tape off each 3M adhesive strip and let it come out the top side so you can remove it once you get all screws in place AND the alignment in the panel grooves are dead on! Install all screws and tighten just enough to get the flare in place then remove the 3M tape strips and finish tightening. Push on the flares to help the adhesive to stick! That's about it... They look nice on a bright white truck.

Exactly what I expected. Plan to have a couple screws to be left over with 1 or 2 of the holes not lining up for each fender. They fit great so they’re not going anywhere. They will rub on the paint so I bought a couple rolls of 1/4” 3M double sided tape to put on the outer most edge. Definitely worth it and it seals up any gaps.

The flares have excellent fit with the body lines. Install was relatively easy. The front flares have 2 holes pre-drilled, the rear flares have no holes pre-drilled. There are marks on the flares for drilling the holes, but I suggest you don't drill all the holes using the marks. I drilled the holes in my flares one at a time while mounted to the body. I found most of the manufacturer's marks for the holes just a little off, and some hole marks in the wrong place. Doing it while on the body makes a nice tight fit. Be careful not to let the drill pop through and hit the screw hole tab on the inner fender or it can rip it out of the plastic. All you need is slow drill speed and a bit of pressure to push through the plastic and leave a nice clean hole. The only place on these flares that the fit was a little off was at the bottom rear of the front flares. The material doesn't quite go down far enough to catch the bottom-most screw. In this case you can leave that screw in the factory place and add a self-tapper screw just above this point (see picture). The self-tapper screws are included with the kit. The 3M tape on the back of the flare was applied about 1/4 inch from the edge. When mounted I was able to see the tape through a small gap between the flare and the paint. This might prevent the damage others have seen, not sure yet but time will tell.

Some of the 2 sided tape didn’t hold. Maybe have to put on some new and wider tape. Easy install.

When opening the box there is plastic slag on the outside of the fender flares. Now I have to send them to a body shop to sand the slag off. It is not a screw on perfect fit. There are gaps on the bottom sides of all flairs. Updates on shipping were no where near current.

got 1/4 inch double sided tape and ran around the outside edge . worked perfect in holding to truck. 2 predrilled holes on bottom dont line up marked and moved only off by a 1/4 inch
