Great protein shake!
Thorne happens to be one of the protein shakes that actually does what it is made for. The taste is quite good. I prefer the chocolate flavor. After maybe 15 or so minutes I’m already asleep. I wake up restful and ready to challenge the day. My doctor recommended this protein shake, and I would ditto that to anyone that’s looking for a recoverable drink that aids with sleep.

Great, High-quality recovery supplement.
I originally bought this after I tore my left distal bicep and had watched some videos on recovery from this injury. I took this supplement religiously, one serving at bed time with water, for at least 1-1/2 cans of this. That lasted me more than 2 months. By that time, I had recovered enough that I started skipping it. I have restarted taking it for one reason - it has a slight sleep aid in it and I enjoyed that helping me fall asleep at a regular time. Plus it's a great no-sugar dessert.

Awesome despite containing gums
This stuff is great! Tastes great and helps me recover overnight. Wish it didn’t have the gums in it but otherwise highly recommend

Heavy chocolate taste but really good with bananas & peanut butter since it tones the taste down.

Only half of this jar is actually full upon arrival
Ok so first, this is not th3 qctual amount of what comes in this thing. Most powders are typically full but this DOES NOT and it doesn't last long. All that being said it's amazing, it taste like rocky road ice cream and it's results are pretty good. Why their daily greens has to taste so bad but this so amazing I do not understand. Even with the small amount that actually arrives, I'd still buy this again, I'll never buy that daily greens thing they have, it tastes like grass and mint and the texture is chalky at best. Do not be confused by the two, this recovery is awesome
