Use in the gym to support biceps, as pulled the one in my right arm. You can tailor the tightness and it offers great stability. Assisted in my rehabilitation Would recommend

The first one I ordered was faulty, it's supposed to have two metal splints that fit in the two pockets of the band to keep it rigid but mine had only one splint so returned it for a full refund no quibble. The second one was fine it's pretty easy to fit one handed and at first it feels quite tight but after 5 mins that wears off and it feels comfortable and supportive of the arm. I wouldn't say the pain disappears but would agree with another reviewer goes from 10 out of 10 to maybe 5 out of 10. I've had this pain for eight months non stop even wakes me at night, painkillers do nothing, so early days but so far so good.

It is certainly helping to ease the pain in my upper arm.

It looks good and is good value but there is too much silky liner which crumples up and irritates your skin. Keep taking it off. Nice and tight. They need to cut some of the silk off or stitch it all the way round.

This is well made and easy to use. It provides adjustable pressure to suit individual requirements.

Comfortable to wear during the day but found it irritating at night, which is when I need it the most. Trying to adjust it to the correct tension and then attempting to sleep with it on my arm was annoying.

It's great! I'm on my 9th month of recovering from a Spiral Fractured Humerus (Broken Arm), and this gives really good compression while being very easy, adjustable, & comfortable to wear. The velcro does get loose after a while though, but It still works well and this definitely helped me out a lot

Worked well for strained triceps. Love that you could adjust the tension.

I strained my tricep I believe doing a dumbbell bench press. I used this to recover as I am doing HIIT 6x a week. I am a man but have very small biceps so I selected small and it worked. I am giving this 4 as the plastic straps tended to move so they are vertical rather than horizontally placed. I would recommend it for the folks who do a lot of functional workouts
