This is a very good product, especially for someone with high-blood pressure, like me, because it has low sodium and yet is still tasty. With that & high fiber, besides eating it by itself, it's perfect for my vegetable soup when I add it in. Also, the seller packs the goods very well; never once did the packages become crushed, considering the product is fragile and comes from overseas. I have continuously ordered this product for some time now. Anyway, low sodium + high fiber + taste + reasonable price = great crackers.
