I bought this item and I used it for few days , the quality is good but it’s little heavy

Really saved me on a very hot day, was walking on the street with this around my neck and I’m very sensitive to the heat. I was able to walk without getting heat stroke!

I've used this a few times while doing intense yard work and the fan shifts around quite a bit on the neck, so I can't recommend it for highly active work. It might also struggle during hiking. But if you're doing light work or sitting still, it's perfectly fine. Battery performance is decent. Cooling ability is reasonable considering it's just fans and there's no cooling plate like you see on more advanced models. It's worth the price if it's on a solid discount, but not at full price.

I thought for sure this would be a noticeable upgrade from my $20 equivalent from a no-name brand from mid-2023. But, no. The only enhancement is that this has three dots to indicate battery level. Otherwise, the battery seems to perform similarly (both in time to charge and time it lasts), the cooling and noise are about equal, and I actually find the stretchy feature of this fan quite annoying as it fell off during travel several times these past few weeks. I got two: one to gift my husband, but I'll be sending that one back. ***Updated*** Adding two stars (was 2, now 4), not because of the product, because customer service reached out to me to resolve the issue based on my review alone, and it's impressive how they care about customer experience.
