Misleading and disappointing
I was really disappointed when only one mug arrived. I assumed that a “couple’s gift” - which even includes a picture in the listing of two cups - would actually include two cups! And having read the other reviews it is clear that I’m not the only one who thought that!! It really should be made MUCH clearer that this only includes one mug. I mean, would buy ONE MUG as a gift for a COUPLE?!! 🤦🏼♀️

Only 1 mug and it's quite small
I was so disappointed when i got this. Its personalised because it was a gift for a lovely couple who were moving away. I thought you got 2 mugs as that's what the main pic shows but apparently it's mentioned once in the details somewhere that you only get 1. They're not standard size mugs either, they're pretty small. It should be on the main description 'ONLY 1 MUG'. I got the couple something else as what's the point of 1 personalised mug for this much?

C’mon guys …. Do better … You had one job to do … If your personalising gifts at least do a decent hob of itThe mug’s themselves are ok but the base personalisation is Completely off centerFor the price paid i think you need to try harder to sort out your equipment and at least have a glance at your work before you post it out … Not great serviceIts no big deal … but if your taking peoples money try and give them the bare minimum expected requirement

Only 1 mug
Well this is extremely misleading, I was expecting 2 mugs. Every picture and suggestion is you’re ordering 2. The print quality is pretty poor too. £15 for poor quality tin mug is daylight robbery. They know exactly what they are doing the way the ad is written.
