This carrier is so nice. It's extremely sturdy. It has a felt bottom that is removable for washing. It has vents on both sides and the top. One end can be opened by unzipping it for your pet to go in and out. The to vent can be zipped closed and there is also another layer go cover the top vent if you don't want your pet seen and they still would have plenty of ventilation on both ends. Has a clip inside to hook to your pets collar or harness. One side is a pouch to carry phone, wallet, keys, treats, etc. Very roomy. Way more gorgeous than the photo shows. The handles are nice and sturdy. If has the small round stands in the bottom so it won't fall over and the bottom is protected wherever you have to set it down. Great carrier.

My 2 little Maltese fit snuggly in this dog purse that looks like a real purse. Like the side pockets too.

The velcro close makes it too easy for my dog to squirm out while travelling. It should have a more secure and sturdy closure. Also the double zipper with the loop handle literally is a hazard for little dogs....their tiny necks can get caught in the loop handle and can be a choking hazard.

Very nice pet carrier, holds up well…

This carrier happens to be just the right size for my pup and allows the pet to be inserted from the top but there are others that are much better looking and of higher quality materials. This one also does not have a solid bottom, and that is important. The removable floor that comes with it is more like a mid-range weight cardboard so it will bend over time. I removed that from the fleece cover and inserted my own material so it would remain solidly flat.The handles are not super comfortable with your little one's weight pulling on it, though certainly for a small pet this is not a deal breaker. There is also no shoulder strap, but it was not advertised as having one so no surprises.The end that zips open (for the head to poke out) has a piece across the top (to velcro the top overlay down) that is attached on both sides so the head cannot poke out the top. Instead your pet's head would be under that (not ideal) or if you have the top open, they could rest the head on that piece. That may not concern some but I don't care for it.Why did I keep it? The top opens all the way across to allow me to put the dog in that way. Many carriers like this only allow for entry on the end and my dog was not happy with that since this is a fairly small carrier. With a larger one she would not have had an issue with entering on the end with a fully enclosed top, but I don't want a larger one since I don't want her knocked about (unstable) while I am walking due to too much open space on either side of her body. Generally, the higher the top, the wider the width.I also like the cloth flap that lays on top of the mesh top, which is nice for cold weather or if you don't want someone to know you have a pet in there. :) Certainly this model looks more like a large purse than many models I viewed. Unless you have a white or very light pet, generally speaking the pet will not be noticeable when fully zipped in, but there is still plenty of air since you wouldn't carry them that way for super long periods of time.I would like to see a way to secure the cloth overlay (top) when not in use. If the top mesh is closed, there is no way to tuck that in.There is (as described) an attached lead with a clip, enabling you to secure your pet to the carrier if you wish to leave the top (or end) open.I realize I have not given this bag a very high rating in light of the fact I am keeping and using it. I can only say that I ordered several models and this was by far the most cheaply made. Still, it works for me and it might very well for you.

My furbaby is very little so she has lots of room in this bag. I travel with her in it often and it matches the shoes and clothes we wear
