This is the best knives set I’ve ever owned. They work so well and I hardly ever have to sharpen them. I went over two years without sharping and still cuts very well like the first day I used it. I wish it came in different colors tho. Hoping to buy it for my mom, I’m sure she will love them too.

Ordered these knives and when I received them they were exactly like the photo! Really great looking set! Absolutely love the solid black color of the knives and the wooden block! Very sturdy, and while these knives are light weight they feel great in the hands when using them! They also cut great and are super sharp!!!When my order arrived there was some damage to the block and one of the knives. I contacted Astercook directly and they not only responded in less than 24 hours, they sent an entire new set as a replacement. The replacement set had no damage and looks great!!! Would definitely order something from Astercook again as their customer service was outstanding!!!

Decent knives, easy to use and nice and sharp. I've had for almost 3 years and need to replace as the outer coating is peeling badly. Not sure thats a good life for a knife, but I expected longer. I won't buy the coated knives anymore.

Each knife is made of one piece of metal, no seams for water to collect and rust. Good in dishwasher.
