I am not a cheapskate when it comes to shoes. I’m all about paying more for comfort so the price didn’t have me even batting an eyelid. I just hold the shoe and manufacturer to a much higher standard and this one came through with flying colors.I had to go up to a size 9 though I’m an 8.5. 8’s were super small and European sizes don’t come in halfsies. That being said they are very comfortable. A little tight on the upper area that goes over your toes further up your foot. I’m hoping that part will stretch if I wet it and tug on it a bit. That’s a little painful for me after several hours of walking around. But then again I have the boniest narrowest weird feet in the world so it could just be me. Hopefully other reviews will adress this to give a more rounded view of that part of the shoe. I still love them and will buy other colors. Well worth the money. Quality made. I like quality!

These shoes far exceeded my expectations. I was a bit hesitant to order due to sizing issues but ordered a 6.5/Euro 37 (my usual size) and they fit perfectly. I have narrow feet and there's still a bit of room, but they probably would not be a great fit for wide feet. The best thing about these shoes is that they feel like flats, but with more support. They are really the perfect height, and the ribbon ties allow for a tighter/looser fit. As far as looks go, they are a great neutral and flattering shoe, perfect with jeans. I can't recommend them enough!

These shoes are a treat! When I was a kid, my grandma gave me a How to Draw book with artwork by Hal Rasmusson in it. I adored the pictures of the sporty pin-up type women who wore wedges just like these! I would nerd out, creating 1940-50's style versions of female X-Men characters, wearing wedge boots and sandals. I thought they were gorgeous and I wanted shoes exactly like them. So, when I saw these shoes, the memories came flooding back and that little girl couldn't resist the urge to purchase these.I looked at less expensive versions, but found the reviews and the quality of these to be more reliable. My feet are closer to a 10.5 in womens, and range between a 10 and an 11 depending on the shoe. And, I always have to take into account the wide array of Tarzan toes that I inherited from my father. So, I went with the 41 M EU/10 M US. The shoes fit beautifully and the height of the wedge is perfect. The fabric that extends across the top of the foot is a little tight on the outside of my feet, where my little toe meets my foot. I think it's due to my feet sliding a little further down into the shoes, while I walk. Tying the ribbons more tightly around my ankles seems to help decrease the sliding of my feet. I think the fabric will soften up with time and wear. Overall, they are flirty and feminine, in a sporty vintage kind of way.

I love these shoes. I am so happy with the quality and comfort. They seem to be very well made, and my feet do not hurt after wearing them all day. I usually wear between a 6 and a 6.5 (US) depending on the shoe maker. Since most reviews said this shoe fit as expected I went with the 6.5. I am glad I did. With the 6.5 I have a little extra room but not too much. I think if I had gone with the 6 they would have been too small. Just a great quality shoe that is very cute.

I had purchased the navy blue version of this sandal/shoe 2 years ago. It was so comfortable and so cute I wanted more colors. This year 2021 I ordered 2 colors. The new version of this show has less fabric on the top/toe which makes it less comfortable because the edge of the fabric cuts into your feet on the sides. There is also something slightly different about the laces which makes my heel come out of the shoe more when I step. They should have remained with the old pattern/style because it was great which is probably why they still make this shoe. I am disappointed and do not feel the shoe is worth $99 anymore.

I have medium width feet and normally wear a size 7, but the 38 was way too tight for me because of the narrow width. So, I sized up to the 39. They were still tight out of the box, but after wearing a few times they do not hurt anymore. I had to try several pairs because the fabric at the toe puckers when I put them on - every pair was this way, so after the 3rd pair I gave up, and decided to buy some 1/4 size foam toe inserts to fill that space and smooth out the fabric (which worked great!). I also find that the ties start to slide down my ankle after a while and become too loose, making my heel lift up out of the shoes when I walk. I may have to modify the ties or replace them with real straps. So, I'm giving these 3 stars - This process was a big hassle, but the shoes are really cute & I'm glad I could make them work!

I was very excited to open these today to take on my trip overseas, but sadly, they are WAY too big. I am a true size 7B so I chose the 38M according to the chart. I could have gone with 37 or more than likely a 36. It's just always difficult to buy shoes online since they vary so much. I'll definitely order another pair in a smaller size because they are so stylish!

Adorable shoes with comfy rubber sole under the rattan bottom. Perfect length of the ribbons. Would definitely buy them again!

Lovely looking shoes but the heel kept slipping down the 1st time I wore them which was annoying. Probably the buckle styles would stay in place better. They’re ok if you’re not doing much walking

Lovely quality if a tad more expensive than I’d normally go for. Have feet on the slightly wider side, but they stretched out after wearing them a few times.

Lovely style , slightly too narrow for my British feet bit will stretch, look expensive and been admired by all my femail friends.

The ribbon effect ankle straps which look so nice in the picture were actually a problem. As you walk your heel comes completely out of the shoe and walking is difficult and uncomfortable.

In fact, the length is fine but they're too narrow and tight. I had to send them back.Other than that, they look great.
