I have been using this for six months as of this review. It really does what it is supposed to do which is to help one purge without feeling sick which is great! Now, I’ve developed a great and stable routine to drink this before bed and conduct my business the following morning. I feel light, clean and no bloating throughout out the day. It’s fantastic! 👌🏼 A word of advice. Gauge your sensitivity. Give your body some time to acclimate and develop an effective routine. Best of luck and stay healthy!

Cleansing tea works great only need 1 packet a day. Drink at night before bed. 6-8 hrs later be ready 😉🤭

Within a couple of hours of using this product, you will have a full release. It is very helpful with digestion. I use it once per week at least or after a day of heavy carb eating.

Feels a bit lighter from time I starter this tea

It doesn't have a taste. You can't taste lemon or honey OR GREEN TEA. I want to at least taste the green tea.

Well what can I say about this product! I was introduced to this brand by my best friend with who upon our recent mounjaro journey found us both to be a little backed up in the poop department. Now anyone who is on the mounj will know of the traumatic toilet issues that this brings and boy does this stuff sort you out good and proper. How can a cup of tea have such a devastating effect on your colon you ask? Well, do not let the title of "gentle detox cleanse" fool you. This tea will have your bowels emptied faster than a knife fight in a phone box. I swear on the few occasions I have needed to drink this magical concoction my soul has indeed left my body and I have developed PTSD when wearing cream joggers. I have previously purchased the original version of this but find that this honey lemon version takes away most of the tatty watter smell and grass like taste and is rather pleasant, but equally as lethal. It does take longer to work on me than most normal folk and so I drink it in the afternoon whilst I am sat at my desk at work whilst simultaneously praying that my body remembers its place and won't start to have an effect on me until the morning when I'm at safely at home, and near my own convenience as god forbid it decides to work as I hit the inevitable traffic jam when I leave work in a few hours time. All in all I highly recommend this if you are in need of a mind blowing toilet session but be warned, do not skimp on cheap bog roll and ideally invest in some anusol just in case :)
