Product is good but very poor packaging
Products is fresh , no bad smell ( TATA 1mg , HK Vitals )But I’m giving 3 stars because,The packaging was very poor. The glue from the package leaked and stuck to my hands, which was quite inconvenient and messy. This is not expected from a platform like Amazon. Also, when a product costing around ₹2000 is ordered, the packaging should not be so easily breakable; it should be strong and secure. Kindly improve the packaging quality to avoid such issues in the future.

Good Product but zinc might cause constipation in some
It's a great product but zinc can cause constipation like it did to me so consult your doctor before consuming zinc tablets. Other than that zinc has multiple benefits like it is a vital component of the immune system, helping cells fight off infections, including those caused by bacteria and viruses and many more...

Great Ingredient list marred by that one ingredient
This is one of my favorite supplements and it has all the ingredients you need especially for adults. The pricing is great too.I have lactose intolerance so the vitamin D and Calcium part are great on top of the usual Zinc and Selenium combo. I would love if the added Choline and VIt K to the mix and removed Grape Seed extract.Yeah the title ingredient I was talking about is grape seed, there are not a lot of studies on the safety of consuming these extracts for a longer time duration.Edit: I've stopped using it due to the grape seed extract

A regular zinc supplement of 10 mg.
I was using Over the counter Zincovit as my zinc supplement. I compared HealthKart vitals Zinc tablets with Zincovit and they both have similar components in equal quantity. I am taking them for hairloss and the recommended zinc i take for severe hairloss is 20-30 mg (inclusive of what you derive from food). This tablet is 10 mg only.Do not consume more than one daily unless recommended by a doctor.Have been using for a month and its a regular supplement, not a cure for your problems. Will continue with it.

Especially during these times, it's imperative to consume multivitamin and zinc supplements. These tablets have really suited me well. Having them for a month now and the difference in my energy levels is very evident in addition to reducing tiredness. Also having my mother take them every day to help her with immunity and fatigue.Definitely recommend!
