good portability. Great for quick spin to get knees loosened out after surgery. Can be used for hands, but have not tried that.

I was looking for a way to exersize my leg joints and this static bike model checked and confirmed my searching points: - sturdy construction not to drift easily around, due to my body weight, while working out; - sturdy but not too heavy to lift it for repositioning and the lift handle makes it even easier; - larger turning radius on pedals to provide a feel closer to a regular bike; - smooth operation with almost no noise; - easy slide resistance adjustment knob; - good value for money;

This is an excellent item I would buy it again. Because of the weight it stays stationary and is very useful, especially for middle-aged and older individuals.
