Reasonably light. Needs a yoga mat to prevent it moving on a smooth floor. Tricky to put pedals on, one screw was so hard I had to get a guy to help. Works well

This unit is on the heavier side, but that’s a good thing. it feels solid and has beefy internal components that should last a long time.Before this, I tried two other brands/models. One had such weak tension it felt like I was just moving my legs through air—completely useless. The other had more tension, but when I checked inside, I realized it was just a spring with cloth pressed against the flywheel. Honestly, that looked like a fire hazard if I used it long enough! definitely not something I felt safe with.That’s why I went with this Sunny Health model with magnetic tension. The resistance feels smooth, reliable, and safe. Maybe it could use a little more tension, but honestly, if it had much more I’d probably just end up kicking it away while pedaling.Overall, it’s exactly what I was looking for and definitely worth buying.

good portability. Great for quick spin to get knees loosened out after surgery. Can be used for hands, but have not tried that.

Es de muy buena calidad te mide todo lo que un ergometro tiene y solo si se desliza al realizar rutina, lo que debes hacer es comprar un tapete antideslizante de más o menos 1 metro y medio o poco más según tus necesidades al realizar el ejercicio y listo, ya después no se mueve, enviaré una foto más con el tapete antideslizante

Acquistata in sostituzione di un prodotto più economico, questa cyclette è fantastica: del tutto stabile, silenziosa, perfetta da ustilizzare anche in ufficio sotto la scrivania.Qualcuno ha scritto che non va bene per mantenersi in forma; secondo me invece è perfetta: dipende ovviamente dal ritmo delle pedalate e da quanto tempo vi dedichiate al giorno. Personalmente faccio 4 o 5 cicli da 30 minuti ciascuno e a seconda delle possibilità alterno pedalate intense a pedalate leggere.QUindi, sperimentate pure prodotti economici, ma se comprate questa fate subito centro.
