Been having this filter installed for over 3 weeks. when I turn on the heat, I get that oily filter smell in cabin. is that normal?

I haven't had the same smell. But I only use the heat in the AM or late night so it's not on for too long

It takes quite some effort to install due to the poor design of the S550 and lack of flexibility of the rubber seal, compared to those paper filters. Otherwise, it works well, eliminating most particles and odours in the air.
