Please advise exact size of this helmet.

It is far smaller than the 50-54 cm it says in the description. I measured my son's head at 52 cm (3.5 yo), and it doesn't fit him at all (purchased child size)

Is the inside adjustable to enable a perfect fit?

No. The straps on the outside are the only adjustable ones.

Love this helmet

My son loves his new lightning McQueen helmet. It pairs very well with his new lightning McQueen bike. It's very cute, just as pictured and described. It is very lightweight and is easy to adjust. My son doesn't have any issues wearing it and usually forgets he even has it on 😂.
