I'm going to take a guess and say it probably wouldn't work there very well because it really is almost like a light aerosol mist, that evaporates quickly. Maybe if you sprayed it on really heavy and rubbed it in towards the hairline it could work.

No, it absolutely does not have the white flash look in photos.

Q: Do you use this as the final part of your make up and doesn't disturb your make up at all?

I spray it on throughout the day if I am outside in the sun. It doesn't disturb the makeup but I wear very little makeup on hot days.
