The pump that is in the picture Is a 750 gallon pump not a 1200 gallon pump so is the picture wrong

That is correct and Amazon has been informed several times. The pump is gray and slightly larger

Do the dimensions include the outlet nozzle?

With the outlet vertically set, mine measures 5.5 tall to the top of the outlet. None of my measurements match description. Mine is 7x5.5x3.25 ( LxHxW ) as close as I can get anyway. Tough to measure where it is set in my sump.
