Blueberry flavor doesn’t fully cover the bloody taste of an iron supplement but it does help. Very thick liquid almost like gel. Used it in the second trimester of my pregnancy and it worked great

Not bad taste, not too sure of the texture being syrup like. But it's high quality and drinkable

I decided to try this iron/ vit supplement after feeling depleted of energy for a very long time. My blood tests said I was not anaemic. I have taken other multivits with iron before and it made no difference. However, this has really hit the spot! Maybe it's because it's a liquid or due to the combination of vits, I don't know, but after just a few days I have noticed my energy levels are so much better. I am feeling refreshed in the morning and able to get up early and in the evening I am not running out of energy. It does have a metallic aftertaste but that is easily dealt with by having a few grapes or something after! I will be buying it again.

Tastes great. And seems to be boosting my energy and my mood. Skin is healthier and so are my hair and nails. So the zinc is also supporting my health. Great product. And good for those who can’t stomach normal iron tablets.

I would have given this 5 stars but the previous two bottles have been much runnier and prone to leaking from the cap when shaken. I feel that the recipe has changed and I'm not sure it is as effective as I found it to be originally. The taste is milder which I guess would be a bonus for some, but I quite liked the taste. It is still much more gentle on the guts than other iron supplements though.

Yes it’s iron and yes there is a metallic taste but this is very easy on the stomach and in my opinion very easy to swallow. Have purchased a few times now, can tell when I don’t take it.

Its a good quality product and I've no qualms with anything, except the after taste - once the liquid is swallowed, you're left with the overwhelming taste of metal coins in the mouth. It has put me off. I've looked to other sources of readily bioavailable iron ( beef liver capsules) instead. If this issue wouldn't bother you, then this item is one of the better iron supplements available out there for sure.
