Yes, Whittard Hot Chocolate can be used in a Velvetiser machine, even though it is usually made with flakes rather than powder. We recommend following the instructions on the Velvetiser machine and simply swap out the Hotel Hot Chocolate with Whittard's Hot Chocolate. Since the Velvetiser machine recommends 220ml of milk, Whittard recommends adding 4 heaped teaspoons of Whittard Hot Chocolate to make the perfect blend.
