I have to return this product as it fits neither car we own. I thought it was a universal fit as described but it does not fit our cars. My husband drives a Jaguar and I drive a Ford Explorer and it is too big for the air conditioning vents in both cars. It was supposed to be a birthday present for my husband and now I have to return it. It says universal but it sure isn't. Its the hook that goes into the vent to hook onto the "slats", hook is too big. Very disappointed.

Works well. Using it in a Mazda CX-5 with an LG G3. Took a few tries to get it positioned just right, but once it's in the right place and all the screws are tightened, I doubt I'll ever need to mess with it again.

Doesn't mount well, falls apart with a slight bump in the road. DUI nor recommend.

Cannot get in on my vent right? To difficult too attach?

While the product appears to be well made and will likely fit some vehicle vents, it is not universal. Vents on the Infiniti G35 do not allow the support arms to mount against a fixed portion of the dashboard, therefore the weight of the phone pulls the vent and the phone bracket to all the way down toward the floor, defeating the purpose of both the bracket and the use of vent.The supplier was responsive and the shipping was quick.

Its a very good product for mounting phone near to AC vent. After mounting the phone is easily accessible than compared to windshield phone holders. The only thing it lacks is tight grip on the AC vent. Maybe, I've not fitted it properly. Otherwise its really a good choice for phone mount.
