Handmade Tibetan Affirmation Prayer Flags(Fabric, 7 Chakra Flag of 7 (10" X 8")), Himalayan Nepal Tibetan Tranquil Wind Horse Lungta Prayer Flags, Tibet Buddhist Prayer Flags Indoor Outdoor

I bought these earlier this year and put them up on my patio. They are pretty bright colors but after about 6 months, they still hold most color and there is minimal thread wear and fraying. I expected these to last only through the summer but now I'm leaving them up for the winter (snow and ice) to see how they last.

I was introduced to prayer flags when I was filming a documentary in Mongolia, seeing them stretched on high poles for miles across hilltops, mountains and ridges is an awesome and inspiring sight. Then on a trip in 2018 to commemorate the Summer of Love in the Haight-Ashbury district of San Francisco I found a small dark cubby at the back of a tiny head shop and there rolled up in a tight bundle were some old dusty Tibetan flags. I bough them and stretched them over my backyard oasis and they have served their purpose since then.Prayer flags are meant to be made of natural materials with natural dyes and fade over time as they slowly unravel until the time comes that they are respectfully retired according to custom. Following thos customs that is why I bought these.All flags are and should be different. Some have more text and some have more graphics, these are the former. They are unbound at the edges and the fabric feels like all cotton. The lanyard is a simple ribbon that you can tie to anything you wish. They are the proper size and weight to flutter and flow freely in the wind.While there are many different flags available, some purporting to support various causes, it is really impossible for us buying them through mail order to know for absolute certain how authentic they are and I would caution the buyer to beware of any and all claims. Buy what you feel comfortable with and if they are not to your liking, return them. In my opinion these are totally fitting for my intended purpose.

Disappointed I ordered the cotton blend and they still very synthetic and have a super strong odor but ok that I am going to use them outside. I washed them to flatten them out and then hung them up they look pretty good . Colors are vibrant

also sends positive prayers into a struggling world.

The media could not be loaded. I really like the look of these and they make me happy when I see them in the wind. It's been about 3 weeks and they are starting to fray nicely as they are supposed to. Great product

This product is GREAT for your money, you get FOUR strands, each 7.5 feet long. Pictured here I have all four sets strung together around either side of my gate! Hoping it works as a critter deterrent because this is the only week spot in my property line 😅

These prayer flags are probably not going to last as long as the better quality I ordered 2 years ago.Thiner material and no bound edges.However, they are colorful and I will use them in backyard.

I love my prayer flags. They bring great positive energy to my back yard space and they are peaceful to watch when the wind blows them.
