Great quality. Only the sides inflate, not the bottom. You need a pump to inflate it, one with a large plug. It's a wonderful pool that is a ton of fun once you get it blown up. I'd suggest putting it on the grass or if it's on a deck, put a towel down so it doen't get a hole. Great purchase. Bigger than I expected. Can fit two adults at once. :)

Y'all don't even understand how much I love the Intex Mandarin Family Swim Center inflatable pool. I call it my "baby pool," and baby pool season here in the North Carolina piedmont - late May through early Oct - is my favorite time of year. If you can get the Mandarin for between $25-$30, it is worth every penny.Note that foot lengths and widths for inflatable pools describe the pool from edge to edge, not the interior dimensions. I have had 10-foot pools, which have about 7.5 feet of space inside the pool. They are phenomenal, don't get me wrong, but for regular cleaning, it is a lot of water to deal with. That takes longer to empty and longer to refill.The Intex Mandarin is a 7.5-foot-long pool, which means it's about 6 feet inside the pool, which is the perfect size for me. I'm about 5-foot-4, so I can lay down very comfortably inside the Intex Mandarin and bliss out with my beer floaty for hours at a time.Maintenance is much easier with the Mandarin than with a larger, longer pool. I have got in the habit of using a cap-full of chlorine when I fill the pool and using a tarp with brick at each corner to cover it when I am not using it. This habit means a single fill-up can last me 3-4 weeks at a go. Then I use the pool water to give my dog a bath, refill the watering cisterns around the house, and wash my car. When it's empty, I'll use any kind of cleaning solution and a rag to clean it up before refilling it.With that kind of routine and care, the Mandarin can last an entire baby pool season. My first one, a couple of years ago, I over-aired - you can see in one of the photos that one side has a kind of bulge. I've since learned it is much easier to under-fill the pool with air than for it to be at max air.It also developed a small hole right on the seam, which is impossible to patch. My second, I stored over the winter, only to find I'd either not let it dry out enough or it dried out too much, but it also developed a fault in the intervening period. Unless you have an immaculate storage method, expect to need a new baby pool each season, but at the $25-30 price point, it is a proper bargain for how much I use it.Sorry, y'all, I have a lot of thoughts about baby pools, and the Intex Mandarin is really, for me, the gold standard in economy inflatable pools. It can seat 3-4 adults, but I just use mine as my own private sensory deprivation vehicle for the North Carolina summers, and I more or less swear by it.
