It's a beautiful product! Many people have asked me where I bought it because the bamboo lid is so beautiful!My only issue is that once the water line goes below the fruit tea basket, it no longer infuses the water. So I make mine early in the day and let it steep for a few hours!

Product arrived smashed. Because it was in the neoprene sleeve, this wasn't apparent until I tried to pull it out of the sleeve and large chunks of glass, along with numerous tiny chards, came spilling out. It was a mess to clean.

Such a cute bottle. The double glass split apart and broke after a week...

I loved this product when I first purchased it. I was not sure I wanted to spend so much on a water bottle when I could get one for cheap, but I wanted to avoid any plastic on my bottle. I loved being able to put in fruit or make tea. However, my bottle hit a corner, not too hard, but apparently enough. The inside shattered making my bottle inusable. Unfortunately this was only after about a month of owning the bottle.

This is a quality product. Love the double insulation. Holds a lot of water. Very attractive. Was delivered very quickly, as promised.

I love that it's durable, definitely keeps my tea hot for a long time! If anything I do have very minute particles going through the infuser and into my drink but it doesn't bother me at all. Still a five-star product!
