QUALFORT Women's Oversized 100% Cotton Cardigan Sweater

Maybe it's the xennial in me, but I love an oversized soft and comfy sweater. This one fits the bill perfectly. It's also 100% cotton which is hard to find anymore, and I'm tired of my clothes feeling plastic-y. I actually just ordered another color as this one has taken up permanent residence in my chilly office with daily wear. Now I'll have another one for wearing around the house. I've washed it once so far and it held up. The only thing I may do is swap out the basic plastic buttons for something with more character.

It feels very soft and it looks cute with a lot of outfits - perfect to throw on and go. Surprisingly it doesn't feel cheap. I've washed it a couple times and it's still soft and feels quality.

Love this sweater!!! It feels like wearing a cotton, waffle knit blanket all day! So breathable, keeps the chill off, but never makes me feel hot and stuffy. I was excited to find a 100% Cotton cardigan. Seems like everything today has polyester in it…and polyester is great for certain things..but I prefer cotton for texture, wash ability, breath ability, and quality. I will wash on delicate and dry flat, like I do all my cotton sweaters. It is pretty oversized on me. I’m 5’ and 97lbs. Wish there was an XS, but S works…maybe it will shrink a touch, as cotton does, and be perfect. Overall really happy and bought it in light gray and navy (navy hasn’t arrived yet). I’ve worn the gray one, at some point, every day since I got it ..5 days ago..that’s how cozy it is..I barely notice I’m wearing it ..until I touch it and realize..’oh there you are friend!!’

UPDATE: It’s been sometime since I’ve ordered this sweater. I have worn it as much as I could, nearly everyday. It was my go to sweater whenever it was the faintest bit chilly. It has stood up decently to my cats, it does have a few snags here and there not much and only because they used their claws. However, on the right sleeve, on the cuff, some of the stitching has come undone and made a hole in the seams. At first it wasn’t so bad. I admit I should have fixed it as soon as it happened, but I work and have two cats and was just too busy and tired to sew. And now, today, the thread got caught and pulled a whole bunch. The sleeve is on its way to coming undone. I actually don’t know how to fix it. Which is a bummer because I really do like this sweater. The color is gorgeous, it has held some of its shape (the wrists on the sleeves are no longer cinched in but have been stretched out just by ONE TIME pushing my sleeves part way up my arm) and all around, good for not so cold weather. It isn’t very warm when it is cold cold. It’s also still very soft.. My other issue is on the tag it said to post a picture of the tag being torn and to essentially expect something? Nothing ever happened, so don’t be duped into taking the extra time to take and upload a picture. In the end, I’m not as impressed with this sweater as I was in the beginning. I’ve knocked off a star because of the seams coming undone. Original review: Ooooh... First things first: Qualfort, I ripped the tag. It wasn't easy, but I did it! Now for the review: I ordered the dark green cardigan and I was very worried about whether or not the color would be lighter than picture- IT IS GORGEOUS!!!! It is EXACTLY as pictured, it is such a beautiful deep rich green, I love it sooo much. The cardigan isn't AS soft HOWEVER it is sooo comfortable! I've only worn it a few minutes to try it on, and it literally feels so good! I love texture, and this cardigan is visually textured and the texture feels wonderful on my arms! I don't know if that makes sense and if you don't understand me: it's a good thing! The sweater IS the teeniest bit too small, I wanted a very baggy look, and while it is baggy it wasn't really the look I was going for - however, it is a minor inconvenience I shall soon forget. Now, on to my favorite feature: it's 100% cotton. Love love love it. Also the sleeves??? Are??? Amazing???? Like??? What even???? They are so cool!!! They sinch in comfortably on the wrists but are basically like a bell sleeve! AAAHHHH!!!! SO ANYWAY: TL;DR: This is an amazing sweater. I love it. I hope it stands the test of time (feels like it will, but I have two cats...) Because this is going to be my go-to wear every single day sweater!

Beautiful, great material. Just wish it had pockets. I’m 5’2 122 lbs. i ordered a small and fit just right (oversized fit). I’m thinking of ordering a different color.

This cardigan is soooo comfortable. It fits really nicely and lays just right without looking too bulky. I bought it mainly for work because my old cardigan started to unknit itself and ended up getting a lot of compliments on it. It is a little on the heavier side, but the waffle texture makes it feel breathable instead of too warm and it doesn't rub against my skin at all while I'm running around working. I also like clothes with roomier sleeves so I can layer underneath and this cardigan works great with pretty much everything so far whether it's oversized clothes or more fitted outfits for work. You can also pull the sleeves up and they'll sit just fine. Highly recommend!

Overall not bad, but I was choosing between this one and a clearance one from Quince for about $10 more, and the Quince one was way higher quality (Quince on right, Qualfort on the left) Thr Amazon one is thin, which is good if you want a light sweater. The knit is very loose by comparison. If I were to keep it I would definitely replace the buttons too. They feel cheap. Not bad for the price, and the fit is cute, but not amazing.

You might have seen my review for the black one! Got this one and mistakenly got the M instead of L because it's the default size Amazon recommended and I forgot to change it. That's on me, but I still love it and recommend the buy! If you want precise info on sizing and all, keep reading. I took a star out because the material, although cotton, is lighter than the previous one I got and I prefer the heavier weight, personally. The quality is still there tho!! Fit : It is not a big difference, it fits well, but I prefer a bit of a more oversized fit. It is still loose thought, and M is the size I wear in my country (women's M, UK12, US/CA8, EU40, I'm 158cm/5'2", 128ish lbs/58kg). Length-wise, like the black, it doesn't fit me like on the model, it is a bit shorter. I wears over my butt if I stand but when I lift my arms it no longer covers it. Of course, since it is a size smaller than the previous one I got, it is not as ample looking, but the sleeves aren't tight, they still balloon out a bit. The cuffs are tighter so they stay in place well and the hips also stay in place. For wearing buttoned up, this is perfect actually. The material and colour : It does seem like cotton, same as with the black one. The knit is still the same as the one I got like 5 years ago. However, it is lighter in weight and that is why I took a star off. The color is a beautiful emerald green, true to its name! All in all, for the price, I believe the product is well worth it. It washes well (in cold water, hang to dry!). The black I've had for 5 years has never lost its colour. I have not experienced bleeding with the green either, so I assume the colour will last. I'll update if ever it doesn't. Additional fit info for those seeking to buy : If you want the same oversized look as on the model, get 1-2 sizes larger. If you are taller, it might not cover your behind, but I still think it looks good! Espesh if you pair it with high waisted pants or skirts. If you will wear it buttoned up and want it to sit at your hip or waist and puff out, get your regular size, if you size up, cuffs and hem will also be larger and it won't achieve that style. I think for a more professional look this is better and for a more casual look, size up. For people with a stronger or masculine build: I had my husband try them on, he is a men's L size in most western clothing (43 inches/109cm chest, 173cm height (5'8"), 80kg/178lbs) and the M was expectedly much too tight, but the L I have fit him as an adjusted cardigan. Unlike many cardi's marketed for men, this one wasn't tight in his arms! It fit him quite well actually. He isn't a lean man as he cooks divinely well, so many men's clothing fit too narrow in the gut area. Cardigans don't always button well on him, but this one did and he said it was comfortable. So I'd say if you are a broader shape, a man or shopping for a person with that kind of shape and want an oversized look like the model, I'd go 3 sizes up. If you just want something that will fit adjusted, get either the same size or one size up depending on where the weight/broadness sits.

Very pleased with this cardigan! Very thick and cozy, washes well. Thinking about purchasing another colour!
