There is lower calories per gram of protien out there, but this is still an excellent product. The flavor is really good even with just cold water, though of course it's much better with cold milk (lot of extra calories to do it that way though). I feel pretty good and healthy when using this stuff to diet away some fat. You are not supposed to use products like this to replace food, but that's why it works. The world usually has things backwards. Everyone knows that a fast is healthy once in a while So why on earth is it unhealthy to fast while taking low calorie\high protien products? You keep the muscles healthy while you starve away the fat, seems like that's the point of a keto diet yeah? And that's exactly what these powders can do for you. Better to eat lean chicken all day if you can though. Powders are just a convienience thing (or for variety once in a while). Good luck on your fitness goals. Stay strong!

Been using this for over a decade. It’s a blend of slow and fast acting whey and is the best tasting protein in the game.

Love the taste of the Strawberry Milkshake. It doesn't taste too sweet to me, and it mixed really well in a typical workout shaker. I have also tried the Cookies and Cream, but it tasted horrible and I would not recommend it. I have to mix it with the strawberry just to not waste it.

Love the taste it’s better than the other flavors. It fills you up for the entire day. I lost auite a bit of weight while using it.

Ordered strawberry milkshake. It taste good. Tried it plain yogurt ,soy milk, regular milk, water. It just taste good. Not the cleanest protein powder in the world. But they my problem was i avoid drinking shakes because they just taste meh. So thats is no longer a problem. I think chocolate will be more versatile. Cant wait to order it.
