Comfort and foot pain relief
My orthopedic doctor recommended these. I suffered a torn ligament injury in my foot. During recovery he suggested I use these. Not only do they help you not pronate your foot in words, but they provide excellent support. I was very impressed. Iโve had custom insoles made in the past. Although I canโt say they are identical they are very good quality, especially for the price point.

Excellent!
Excellent insoles! I bought them to wear in my still toe work boots. They offer great support and helped with my plantar fasciitis. My foot pain has been significantly reduced which makes a huge difference when you are on your feet all day. Money well spent.

Excellent quality. Great for plantar fasciitis.
I have a nasty case of Plantar Faciitis. I really want to avoid surgery so I have tried numerous methods to relieve the pain associated with walking. I work in an environment that requires me to walk approx 15000 steps in a 4 hour period on solid concrete floor. Surgery would require me to take a leave of absence from work. I have tried stretching with bands, icing with frozen water bottles, steroid injections but they only provided temporary help. These inserts are wonderful! They provide much needed relief to my feet while working. The cushion is comfortable and supportive while the arch gives me the support I need in that area as well. The only caveat is that the insoles donโt fit well in my dress shoes but fit great in my sneakers which is what I wear most if the day. Great product! Berry well made with thoughtful design, comfort and support.

Excellent quality non-custom orthotics
The product could use slightly better packaging, which was bent and crushed at the top upon arrival. That said, the orthotics themselves are so solid and durable, the box abuse didnโt affect the product at all. The orthotic size fit perfectly into my same-size work shoes, so the labeled sizing is accurate. They are surprisingly lightweight considering their durability. The orthotics fit comfortably and provide good heel and plantar fascia support. I have been using them for about a week now with no negative results. Iโm currently battling end-of-day right-foot heel pain for a few months now. This is what prompted the switch from typical cushioned insoles to these orthotics. I will update this review after several weeks of use to state whether my heel pain is reduced.

A very great help after a year and a half of suffering! Even PT is easier now.
What a relief! After a long, long time I am finally getting some help with these wonderful insoles. I have plantar fasciitis on top of an ankle replacement from a nearly crushed ankle fracture years ago. The ankle itself is giving me problems in my old age and then sciatica set in - and on top of all that: fasciitis! It's been miserable but these insoles have been a great help. I can wear them with most of my "sensible" shoes and will be ordering a back-up pair just in case.

Great product!
I wore custom orthotics for 25 years, adjusting them with an orthotist every six months or so, and I was super happy with them. I have very "flat feet" accompanied by inwardly rotated ankles due to my flat fee. When my treasured orthotics finally cracked, I turned to Amazon to try to replace them. I have tried many brands, and so far, the PowerStep Pinnacle Insoles are my favorite. My feet feel so good with them. My body feels aligned, and I'm so happy :)

Better options exist
An ex-football player past his prime (6'3", 360 lbs, size 13D, medium arch), I was recently diagnosed with plantar fasciitis. My orthopedist recommended daily stretching exercises and Orthoheel slippers to wear indoors (no more walking around in socks). What a difference! The slippers and exercises lessened my symptoms from the start and, over time, eliminated most of my discomfort, so I decided to find some orthotic inserts to improve my street shoes. So far, I've tested: 1. Dr. Scholl's Massaging Gel Extra Support 2. Aetrex Copper Medium Arch 3. Spenco Polysorb Total Support 4. Superfeet Copper DMP 5. Powerstep Pinnacle 6. Powerstep Pinnacle Pro each for two hours' total walking time over a few days in two pairs of my favorite shoes: New Balance 606 hikers and Cole Haan loafers with Nike Air. Dr. Scholl's Massaging Gel Extra Support: Advertised for big & tall men, they didn't do much for me. While the extra cushioning helped at first, it helped less and less the longer I walked on them. I mentioned this to my orthopod and he told me the key to managing PF is not cushioning, it's support. Grade: D Spenco Polysorb Total Support: Remembering my doc's advice, I chose these for the rigid heel cup and arch support. Though quite comfortable overall, the arch support was a bit too low for my medium-high arches and the heel cup was insufficient support for weight. While they worked reasonably well for me, I believe they would a be better choice for lighter individuals with lower arches. Grade: B Aetrex Copper Medium Arch: Promising better arch support, these felt very similar to the Spenco insoles even after walking around the block. I then swapped one of the Aetrex insoles for one of the Spenco insoles and walked around again. Only then could I tell them apart. The Spenco offered a little better support for the mid- and fore-parts of my foot, the Aetrex offered a little better support for my arch. Grade: B Superfeet: I was in an Allen Edmonds store and noticed the Superfeet insoles. The clerk said many men my size have good success with them. I tried the Orange and the Copper DMP versions in the store. Finding the Orange too high for my arches, I got a pair of the Copper DMP. These are easily the most rigid of the insoles I've tried...and easily the best. Superfeet arch support sits farther back on the insole than other brands. This made a real difference in the support and comfort I felt walking long distances. I also found the medial post support in the heel did a better job than other insoles in combatting over-pronation. Grade: A [Update: I have since tried Superfeet Black in dress shoes that couldn't accommodate the Orange insole. They work well but are not as supportive as the Copper.] Powerstep Pinnacle: While it seems well-made and offered good support, it simply did not work for me. The gel-based arch support sits too far forward and in the middle of the insole. The insoles felt like I had lumps of clay underfoot. After a few blocks of brisk walking, my feet began to fatigue as if I were walking barefoot in sand. Again, these may work for some people but they didn't for me. Grade: C Powerstep Pinnacle Pro: Other wearers commented that the Pinnacle Pro differs markedly from the Pinnacle, so I tried a pair. I barely made it a block before heading back home. Though more rigid than the Pinnacle and with a better heel cup, the Pinnacle Pro was too inflexible through the arch and ball of my foot. These were the only insoles I tried that truly caused me pain. Of course, it could just be the contours of my feet, and for others the Pinnacle Pro might be great. Grade: F

Cured my plantar fasciitis. If you have high arches, try this product!
Iโm a technician at a dealership so I walk on concrete the entire day. In my mid 20s I developed very sore feet/heels. After some research I found that I have plantar fasciitis and I have high arches. Iโve tried 6 different insoles in the last year, although some helped, none would completely take away the dull pain I would have every evening after work. Iโve been using this product for a month now and it has done wonders for my feet. My plantar fasciitis was so bad that I would limp and hobble around my house every single night.. I no longer have this problem. Obviously insoles are not going to cure my condition completely but 90% of my pain is gone at night. During the day while using these insoles I no longer feel ANY pain or soreness. If you have high arches and struggle with plantar fasciitis, heel spurs or just sore feet, try this product! Worth the money

Wide and comfy
Powerstep pinnacle felt wide but when compared to other insoles, only the mid portion is wider. My run time is a little slower than another off-the-shelf orthotics. Arch support is more towards the forefoot than the heel, which needed some time to get used to. When running, it doesn't hinder me in any way.
