Love this ! It helped with sorting my skin issues; in fact, it’s the only thing ever that really changed my skin for the better. Once a month I used to get big painful spots, but since taking these easy to swallow capsules, that is a thing of the past now. Super pleased.

These supplements appeal to me because they have lots of natural ingredients including turmeric. These were easy enough to take and there was no unpleasant aftertaste. I only took these for a month so I didn’t notice any significant health benefits but I’m sure my face had a slightly healthier glow to it. Yes I would recommend this supplement due to the quality of the ingredients, however it is quite expensive for a one month supply and weighing up the cost against the effects I would certainly think twice about ordering again.

I was interested in taking this for 3 of the ingredients - turmeric, resveratrol and pine bark - all for their potential positive effect on respiratory health. And for MAINTENANCE rather than any dramatic change. As some others have also pointed out, supplements alone are not going to positively change - or even maintain health and well being. I take care of my health - and in the main, am rewarded for so doing. Selected supplements aid this, and as we do live in a highly polluted world, certainly the effects of air quality in cities is known, I feel that supplements are needed which will help deal with neutralising the harmful effects of air pollution Because I take other supplements, and my nutrition is good, I am only taking 1 tablet a day, not two, so these will last two months They are expensive. Something which most of us are probably needing to think rather more about these days

Packed with lots of good ingredients to super eyes, skin, joints, digestion and immunity. So plenty of benefits. No after taste and easy to swallow. Dose is 2 capsules a day and bottle contains 60 capsules. (Roughly 50p a capsule or £1 a day). Like any supplement, I think they’re great to top up the vitamins and ingredients missing in everyday fast lives and quick meals. Recommended

This premium skin-health supplement from Equi comes in a clear glass jar with white plastic screw-top lid. The capsules are pinky-orange in colour and standard capsule shape and size. I have no problem swallowing them with some water. They have a slight musty smell from the turmeric but no discernible taste or after-taste. Neither have I had any unwanted side effects from taking them. This supplement contains a range of health-promoting ingredients, including Vitamin C, Resveratrol, Pine Bark Extract, Turmeric, Lycopene, Bilberry, and so on. They have been chosen specifically to benefit the skin, but many are also beneficial for other parts of the body. Lutein and Zeaxanthan are often found in eye-care supplements, for example. The recommended dose is two a day, taken after a meal. There are 60 capsules per jar, so this would last you around a month. At around £30 a bottle at the time of writing they are obviously not cheap, but you are getting a good range of health-promoting ingredients for your money. Although it's hard to assess or quantify the benefits after just a few weeks, I have had several comments recently about how well I am looking, so that must count for something! Overall I am happy to give this Equi skin-health supplement a full five stars.
