The enclosed paperwork says they are made in Malaysia.

How long is each piece, mine from the PT have been 3-4 feet?

They are 35 or 36 inches in circumference (about 18 inches long when you lay it flat).

Descriptions say 12 or 18 inch loop. Does this mean diameter or circumference?
