10/10 best trimmer I’ve used down there. The light can be helpful. It came charged and ready to go, all of the pieces were there and fit well.

For the cost it’s a horrible product. I’ve owned other $29 trimmers that still work. I’ve had this a little over a year and it shows charged but won’t turn on. Looks like a common problem. Stay away from Manscaped IMO. Back to tried and true products. EDIT. I never set the travel lock. The device went all the way down. I charged it fully and it would not work. I had tried to push the on off three times quickly to see if the travel lock was on to no avail. I wrote the bad review. Before I decided to toss it while my other trimmer was charging I pushed the on off quickly about 30 times and it started up again. So there you go. It’s working. I’ll do a second edit if it crashes again.

I don't understand how this product has such high reviews. I can only imagine it's being reviewed by people who have gone from using sand paper to this razor. By that comparison I'm sure it's great. But for those of us living in reality this thing is a huge waste of money. If I hadn't been stupid and thrown away the box before using it (who could guess it would be so awful) I'd get a refund immediately. The problem I have with this product is that it just doesn't do what it's supposed to do; cut hair. I've had a norelco shaver, not even intended for personal grooming, that I've used for over 20 years. I figured it was time to get something new since one of the guards is broken and I figured something new would work better. I got the lawn mower since I saw it had so many good reviews and I've been seeing manscaped products advertised often over the years and figured they'd have a good product. A bit pricey but I figured quality would be reflected in that price tag. I couldn't have been more wrong. The product is water proof so I thought, great, I can use it in the shower. Nope. Couldn't trim any hair that way at all. Or at least not in any reasonable amount unless I wanted to spend several hours and rub my skin raw going over the same spots hundreds of times. Just pathetic. So I thought maybe using it in the shower was a bad idea. Next night I tried it my usual way standing over the toilet. Nope. Slightly better than in the shower but that just means 90 passes over the same spot to get everything. So now it's back to the old trimmer that literally takes one to two swipes over an area to completely trim it. This product is absolutely pathetic and the company should be ashamed for putting their name on it. But then I guess that name doesn't mean much to me anymore so who cares what they put it on. The real sad thing is I bought their beard hedger too and it has the same problem only with beard hair. Can't believe how worthless these things are. Now I have to go write another review for this other POS I bought from them. Wish I hadn't thrown away those boxes... TL;DR Doesn't cut worth crap, save your money and get something that does what it is supposed to do.

Excellent body trimmer. For once I’m impressed with something as hyped up. Typically I’m hesitant to try something that is so aggressively marketed towards consumers, as they typically do not work as intended or are fragile or what have you. But I am pleasantly surprised how well this works. It provides an excellent shave down to stubble and I have yet to physically cut myself using this. It’s also water proof which makes shaving in the shower like a dream and the LED flashlight is 10/10. USB-C rechargeable which is honestly super nice not to have to use some crappy proprietary charger you have to dig out every couple weeks to recharge it. Overall super nice and high quality.
