I was truly amazed at the quality of this product. It is so well engineered and beautifully packaged. I used it for the first time today to add jelly into a home made batch of pork pies, what a joy; so much easier than pouring in via a small funnel. I bought this meat injector to improve flavour and moisture in larger cuts when roasting and smoking, particularly pork shoulder, whole chicken, and brisket. This is a very nice, sturdy piece of equipment that is handy for injecting flavours into roasts, etc. Look no further if this is what you are after - it will likely last a lifetime.

I should of brought this 1st time around. My pervious make broke in 6 months. I use it everyday for my pork pies jelly.As a professional it is a superb piece of kit.

Just used this on a turkey that I'm smoking for Thanksgiving. It worked great. The first pull on the handle was a little stiff, but after that it was smooth, making injection easy. I like that it comes with a couple different injection needle options in the box. I love that it comes with extra seals, tip caps, and cleaning tools. Everything you need in one box, and very well built. The injector cylinder and needles look very durable. 100% recommend.

Wertige Marinadespritze aus Metall die gut in der Hand liegt. Alle Teile lassen sich mit den mitgelieferten Reinigungsbürsten sehr gut reinigen, sie lässt sich komplett auseinander bauen. Die Nadeln sind auch für grobere Gewürze geeignet wenn man auf die Auslassöffnung achtet.

I always pay extra for a Butterball turkey but the last few years they’ve been very small. We opted for a regular unstuffed turkey and bought this kit to use a recipe online, it’s super easy to use but read and follow the instructions. The turkey was so tender. This kit is fabulous with different options you wouldn’t get at a grocery store or Walmart. and very high quality One thing that made me laugh was the instructions inside that said it’s not safe for medical purposes but I suppose there’s the odd person that would think so
