I bought this product for a friend, based on the fact that they are pictured and advertised with pumps. No pumps. Why not?

We are in the process of switching over to a flip-cap lid, instead of a pump, for all our 500ml Shampoos and Conditioners.

How do you get the pumps to work?

To unlock the pump; first ensure that the screw cap is tightly fastened, then twist the pump anti-clockwise. This should unlock and allow it to fully extend.
