Complete rubbish
this hotpot, not cheap, lasted precisely one (1) use then died. Didn't work again. Dead, defunct. In its one use, I was reminded of the problem common the electrical heating gadgets; they are either on, flat out, or not on at all. A rolling simmer, I'd have thought essential in a hot pot, is not possible. Go gas next one, not electric. And particularly not one of these.

THIS PRODUCTS USE ONE HUNDRED TWENTY VOLT VAC (NOT 220-240VAC) YOU CANNOT USE IT WITHOUT TRANSFORMER.
product look nice but it working with 12 VAC which this electric power not available in india (220-240 Vac) so very sad i cannot use it.

Great grill
I love this grill. Smaller than the bigger square grill I had and better heat coverage over the complete area. Nice and easy to clean. Quick to heat and fairly quick to cool down.

Great quality!
Works as stated. I used it a few times, and I am pleased with the results. I think it will be reliable for years to come. The temperature control works perfectly and keeps the pan at the desired temperature. Aroma 3 quart 10 inch size made a meal for 4 people; the size is perfect for my family. Clean up was fast and easy because of the non-stick material coating. I only had one problem and it is with Amazon packers, they sent me a used grill. I did an extra careful cleaning and used the grill; found out that it was not broken, so I kept this amazing pan/grill. I am happy!!!

Love this very versatile and convenient cooker! Very sturdy and well made. Easy to put together and use. Easy cleaning with warm sudsy water, only 2 parts base and grill, do not submerge grille. Great griller, for stewing and the best for asian hotpot. Got one white for home 10 year old and several for gifting. Recently 2 black for Xmas gifts! Getting another for housewarming! Youโll love this product
