This product works very well at covering up pet urine spots and blending inconsistencies in lawn colouration. I would suggest mixing at least half the lowest suggested ratio and applying in layers

The product information states that 1 gallon should cover 10,000 ft.² that’s absolutely not even close. 1 gallon covered 2,500 ft² so I was only able to do a section. I spent hours testing the product with different ratios of water to obtain the deep color from the Premium product. The color is a bight lighter than I would like but I do like the product. (My grass burned out in the July/August summer heat as it does every year.) I will report back in a couple weeks or a month to let you know how long the color lasts. UPDATE: It has been a couple of weeks and it has rained twice and we have irrigation and the color has not come off so I'm thrilled. I just wish the product would not be so expensive. UPDATE 2: Now I've used the fairway product (previously used the premium) and the fairway is a much better product for northeastern grass and appears to look like Kentucky blue grass. I much prefer it. However, it took 5 gallons to complete my yard, which is just under 10,000 sq feet, using a professional sprayer. It is VERY expensive considering how much product it takes. I definitely can't afford to use it every month. I suppose if you are doing it for a special occasion (wedding etc.) it would be worth it. Honestly, for one gallon of tinted paint, $90 is absurd. If they sold it for a fair price around $25 a gallon, everyone would have their yard done monthly.

This product doesn't dye much if anything. I use green color all the time. Thought id try this brand. Lately been using in a soil mix of sand and peat. Liquid Harvest Lazer Green Concentrated Spray Pattern Indicator is the right product not this. This did nothing except to clump a bit. $97 wasted.

The Fairway color is very good. It gets darker as it dries. My only dislike is it cost $100 per gallon and I only get half the coverage it advertises.
