the one and only time i was pregnant 30 years ago, these things didn't exist, and though i have known they exist now, i'm not pregnant, so why would i get one? until one day i was scrolling through reddit and saw women talking about them. "i got one with my last pregnancy and still use it!" "i've never had a kid and i couldn't live without mine!" "i'm in menopause and i use one!" etc. so as someone who tosses and turns literally all night long, getting roughly four *interrupted* hours of sleep over an 8-9 hour night, about to get tested for sleep apnea, and otherwise completely out of ideas, i quickly added to cart. people. this has changed my damn life. i've gone from waking up every hour on the hour (usually unable to fall back asleep for up to THREE) to sleeping uninterrupted for 4-5 hours and then nodding right back off for another three. aesthetically, i don't love it. i don't know how you make a bed with this. i also sleep with mine horizontal across the head of my bed, because for some reason that makes sense to me. i was hoping it would help me with side sleeping, because i end up with severe hip pain when i sleep on my side - it has helped with that marginally, but where it really helps is with the back sleeping. i tuck it all around me so that it's like being cradled, and use that little C loop under my knees, and i knock right the heck out. my cats also love it, which is the only downside - i wake up in the morning to find one tucked between it and me on one side, another between it and me on the other, and another lying on the pillow part next to my head. it's a nightly battle to ensure there's enough space for me in it, which is incidentally the only thing that actually wakes me up now. btw, i'm entering "the change," so the night sweats are real. i can't say this helps with that, but what i can say is that i now sleep so comfortably that they don't disturb me nearly as much. if you're wondering, "hmm, should i try this?" YES. YES YOU SHOULD. pregnant or not - hell, female or not - you should try it. there's nothing to lose and everything to gain. i've been recommending it to all my friends, and have discovered most of them have been holding out on me all this time. "oh yeah, i use mine every night!" i don't know what to tell you if you have a partner who likes to cuddle - i can see fights breaking out when you inevitably choose the pillow over him - but as a widow, i can tell you that i haven't slept this well since my husband passed. i'll be honest and tell you i'm probably sleeping even better, because the pillow doesn't move around or throw its arm across my neck, and i can manipulate it throughout the night to relieve pressure spots. :) i love this thing. i'm tempted to order a backup now, even though mine is only two weeks old.

I purchased this pillow in Jan 2024 and it's May 2025. I wanted to wait to write a review to be sure that this pillow would keep its shape since it is one of the more expensive pillows compared to others on Amazon. First, the pillow is soft but firm. I took it out of it's vacuum packed bag and placed it in the dryer for 10 minutes to fluff it up,, then I set it out on the bed and it continued to fluff up, it was nice and fluffy after about 30 minutes. The pillow itself is covered in a cotton fabric, sewn together nicely and it's very sturdy. Secondly, This pillow is large. I have a king split bed and it fits perfectly on my side which is equivalent to a twin XL size mattress. Thirdly, the shape is exactly as described, it fits under my back and around my head and neck to support my entire body and it does not flatten at all. I use the smaller side of the pillow to support my hips while sleeping on my side. I am not pregnant but I have arthritis in my back and hips, so support in these areas are crucial for me to get a good night sleep. This pillow checks all the boxes and it has held up to nightly use. Lastly, The pillow case cover that comes with the pillow is very soft, it reminds me of a microfiber suede type material. I like the cover, it's design and durability, the zipper is quality and it's easy to zip up, plenty of room to nip and tuck the pillow into it. I will say due to the size of the pillow it is very cumbersome to get the pillow tucked into the longest side of the pillow cover. It took me a few tries but I found that if I roll down the longest side first, (like putting on a compression sock) and tucking that side in first works well and it allows me to easily put the shorter side in next. I live in Texas where it gets very hot in the summer so I purchased a cool cover to put on the pillow as well but I like the cover that came with the pillow better. The cool case I purchased is cooler but I slip off it in the middle of the night so I prefer the original case. This pillow can not be washed in a standard size washing machine, it is to big but I do occasionally put it in the dryer with a fabric softener sheet to freshen it up. I wash the cover weekly and it has not shrunk, lost its color, its original feel or got any "material balls" from being washed weekly. Overall I'm very happy with the quality, durability and comfort of this pillow. I would definitely purchase this pillow again and I highly recommend it.

My pregnant wife used this Momcozy pregnancy pillow during the early stages of her pregnancy and really liked it at first. It was supportive and helped her sleep more comfortably in the beginning. As her pregnancy progressed, though, it started to feel uncomfortable and didn’t provide the support she needed anymore, so she ended up giving it away. On the plus side, it looks exactly like the pictures and the quality seemed fine. It may work well for early pregnancy, but it didn’t hold up comfort-wise later on.

Was comfy for sleeping. Took up a lot of space in the bed. Not super cooling. Not easy to maneuver around. Not flat. Holds its shape well.

I'm 5'4" and find this pillow a little short for me even though I'm short. I'm not using it as a pregnancy pillow, but have joint pain and other issues that require extra support while I sleep and it does seem to help with that sometimes. I do not like the fabric of the zipper cover, its synthetic and kind of icky, and seems to create a lot of static electricity so I'm always shocking my cat or seeing sparks when I move around. If it was a true cotton flannel or terry cloth cover plus about 5 inches more length would make this perfect. The firmness is pretty spot on (cushy and soft), but the corners seem to flatten and lose shape, although that doesn't affect the use for me. Overall it is comfortable if I don't move around too much and I cycle between using this and throwing it on the floor. Its worth a try if you use a lot of pillows for support and want something that stays in place better.

My wife wanted these pillows for her. My first impression of this product is very good. Made from good material and so super soft. Wife liked the shape of these pillows. Nice design and good ergonomics while using. Pros: - These are soft and very comfortable while sleeping - The shape of these pillows is nice. A natural scent so doesn't trouble the nostrils - Should last long being padded unlike other materials which settle down pretty soon Cons: - None that I see for this price & the quality

It is very comfortable, but unfortunately, the belly support doesn't work. It was gone after just the first day of use and my belly isn't even that big yet. I bought this brand because it is supposed to be one of the best; had I known the belly support wouldn't work, I would have bought any other brand as they would have done the exact same job for a lower price.

I really wanted to like this pillow and was incredibly excited to receive it. This is my second pregnancy, and my first one I had an amazing maternity pillow! Unfortunately, I purchased it at Babies R Us, and they don’t exist anymore, so I can’t find a replacement. I purchased this one based on the product description and all the positive reviews. When it arrived, I took it out of the vacuum sealed bag and followed the instructions to let it expand for several hours before using it. But when I finally laid on it, I knew immediately I had wasted both my time and money on this product. It offers ZERO support, its too soft and there is barely any filling. I wasn’t looking for a rock hard pillow, but this is just a cheap pillow that they barely bothered to fill with any stuffing. It doesn’t hold its shape, let alone hold your body while laying on it. You just sink into it with no support anywhere. I tried switching how I laid, changing the position of the pillow, moving it around...and nothing improved. If you want something that is going to give you some pain relief for your back and belly, move on and find another product because I promise you’ll be disappointed. The only positive thing I can say is that the cover is very soft, and gets incredibly warm. This might be a negative though if you prefer a pillow that stays cool.

I absolutely love this. I’m currently 16 weeks pregnant and suffering from SPD and this is genuinely the only reason I get any sleep. Such good quality and so comfortable I could sleep on it all day. The cover comes off to wash and has a zip all the way around to get it on and off easily. Seems expensive but I had a pregnancy pillow in my first pregnancy that was cheaper and no where near as good. Great support lovely size although it takes up most of the bed I get a great night sleep
