Venturi, mounting bracket and sponges are in the box along with unit. It comes complete to mount in tank. I absolutely love them. Easy to install and easy to clean.

Try cleaning the impeller and lubing it with petroleum jelly.

Came with missing pieces. How do I receive them from manufacturer?
