This book provides an excellent guide for the practitioners. It gives a comprehensive list of frameworks and activities that can be utilised during a security assessment with real word examples. I would strongly recommend to every practitioner regardless of experience in the field of security assessment.

This is a very detailed review of the primary risk assessment methods, then a full walk through how to carry them out.I can't recommend enough very good and given me confidence to carry out a full risk assessment.
