I originally bought one of these dresses two years ago and have worn it often. Only now is it beginning to look a bit worn. If you touch it up with an iron it looks like new, though it's not necessary because the fabric has a bit of a purposeful seersucker look to it. I've now ordered two new of the same dress in different patterns. I don't even bother with pants or shorts in the summer now because it's so much more comfortable to put on this dress, slip into my sandals and go. The fabric might be a little sheer if you order a light color and are out in the sun but I just got a couple of cami/tank type slips so I don't have to worry about it. Recommend!

I am 5'5" and weigh 152, and wear a 38D. I ordered the large. The bust fit fine. The bottom of the empire flares out. I think I will wear it with some flowered western boots. This dress you can dress up with shoes and jewelry. I searched through all the reviews for people that were my size. I think the height, weight, bust size is important. I had no idea what to buy. The top of the dress had a little extra room, but a Medium probably would have been tight in the bust but less fulness in the bottom.

The quality of fabric and construction was great. Very soft and thick enough that you do not need a slip. It was extremely long for me and I hemmed about 5 inches and I do love the dress. I wear with white sneakers as well as sandles.My disappointment was the gold color in the fabric was not as bright as shown. The gold is more of a darker mustard color but still is a beautiful dress.

The material is awesome, chintz like and 100% cotton. It is soft and the color was lovely. The dress was destined to be gorgeous but failed. No shape to it at all. I felt like I was wearing a pretty potato sack. The dress needed help and perhaps a fashion designer could have greatly helped the dress be fabulous. A bit of smocking at the empire waist. A bit of piping or lace. Some elastic in the waist to provide some definition. The price was great. The fabric fabulous as was the color I chose, lavender was fabulous. The styling lacked greatly. The large fit perfectly in the length, the sleeves were not too tight but the dress needed something to make if fit a bit more stylishly. Improve on the styling and I would buy it again. But as is, not going to happen.

I like this dress so much I bought it in like 10 color ways! It’s so comfy but still looks nice! Every time I wear one people always say how cute it is followed by it looks so comfortable. I always laugh! It has pockets (score!), ample scoop neck, and comes in so many colors, you’re bound to like at least one pattern. The downsides are it shrinks bad but they all don’t shrink the same way. I’ve had one shrink in length and lost like 5 inches, where another shrunk in the armholes. So I started buying one size up to combat it. If you plan on drying it then maybe go one size up. Great find!

This came as pictured. The sleeves are a bit long, but they could be shortened if you wanted. I'm 5'10", 160lbs, 34C and ordered a medium. İt has no zipper or elastic band and it went on easily and is loose fitting. İ order two colors of this dress (black and the blue/white one). They fit the same. Neither go to the ground on my tall frame (hits about 2/3 down my calves). One should definitely jazz this up with good shoes and accessories since it is VERY basic, but it has a lot of possibilities and can be layered for year-round wear since it's so loose. İ haven't washed it yet to know if it shrinks.

I like the fit and the style of this pretty springtime dress although the material is swishy and acoustically noisy! I don’t like my clothing to attract attention in that way.The length is at my ankle for my 5’5” frame and the colors are very appealing!The material is light and cool and washes well on delicate and dries well on fluff dry.I will wear this pretty dress for many occasions!The swishy sound may decrease with washing. Maybe something was added to the fabric as a treatment for “newness”, causing the crispy, swishy sound.Perhaps the material is mercerized to increase luster, prevent mildew and reduces lint? All pluses, in my opinion, and if so I will not complain about the swishy noise.It fits my pear shaped frame very well but probably will be tight on busty ladies.Very pretty!

This dress is quality and they did a better job stitching on these recently, and the material seems better. I have 2 others from a few years back, that are still in decent condition, but the fabric is more sheer and some of the stitching needed to be resewn. I can tell the quality has improved. The lavender dress with flowers is lovely, and I may order a pink dress with flowers too. I'm 5'2" and 190 lbs, with petite bones, so the Large fit me perfectly with room to make it flowy.

Came in as described. Fits perfectly and is great material, nice and light for summer.

I have ordered four of these and I may very well order more for the summer ahead. I weigh 145. I’m 5 foot three and a medium size is a nice loose fit, and the dresses are actually not too long. They are a lightweight cotton so will be very comfortable in summer weather, not at all snug fitting... quite loose and airy. The short sleeves on the arms are nice and loose. I really like the cotton fabrics that they have chosen, a bit of a throwback to another era, a vintage feel in the colours and types of prints. The cut is fairly flattering, and while these are definitely very casual summer day dresses, they could be dressed up a bit if you wanted to. Definitely worth the price you pay for them. Having said the above I have not put these through a season, so it will remain to be seen how well they wear. They would probably benefit from hand washing or machine wash on delicate.
