I won't tell anyone not to try this because everyone's metabolism is different....but for me this product gave me the runs consistently, and did not lower my blood sugar readings at all. This surprised me because several of the ingredients are highly recommended by a nutritionist and doctor I follow who helps people control blood pressure and blood sugar without pharmaceuticals. I bought this because I'm a pretty diabetic and thought it would help, I took the first pill on a full stomach after breakfast and two hours later I started to get dizzy and heart was pounding so loudly I could hear it in my ears.
