Doesn't seem to work. Surface actually loses power while plugged in to this.I tuned off the windows Hello which substantially increased my standby time. I was hoping this would also improve the performance of this charger. Unfortunately it did not.

Literally did nothing apart from illuminate the light on the charger
Received quick, plugged into car and Surface Pro 4 and Nothing!! light on the charger comes on but it doesn't charge, sending back to amazon today!
