Electrical engineering student in graduate level courses. Definitely can tell a difference. I can solve problems that generally take 2-3 hours because of numerous distractions in 30 minutes when I have this in my system. It is a useful aid when needing to sit down and FOCUS on something. I did not receive these for free in exchange for a product review. Money purchased was my own and I will definitely be buying these again. I've never tried adderall or other supplements that contain ginkgo so I cannot compare in relation to the effects of those. These help me study efficiently and remember much more of the things I hear during lecture. This in addition to note taking is much more effective than simply writing notes. Give them a try. I was a little hesitant to buy after reading some reviews but the positive reviews pushed me to try and I'm glad I did. At the cost, fully worth the buy and possibly the subscription order. Downside is it tastes like sawdust that lasts 5 seconds after taking the pill. Totally worth the trade off. Stack it with coffee and you're insanely focused.

Used this product for several months. Loved the results - more energy and focus. However when I donated blood, found my blood pressure was 160 and I have always been between 120-130. WOW. Product contains Licorice Root which is proven to raise blood pressure. Stopped taking supplement. Everyone is different, just something to be aware of.

I must say, I am quite surprised at how well 4-in -1 Brain Booster works. I honestly noticed a difference on day 3. I am on my second bottle and will continue taking taking it.
