my baby was still a bit small for this but she is on the petite side aenyhow. if you have a regular size hefty baby this should be fine

Perfect for my baby girl who is 6 months! I think it's a good way to introduce them into water and swimming! Love that you can adjust it!

A really fun water float for infants/toddler‘s.. After using with a 19lb.10 mo. old my suggestion would be: do NOT assume the “age range” posted equates to a sure thing!! ONLY USE with infant who has solid neck control and the ability to support the weight of their own head!! w/out this babies tend to slip, slouch, slump- creating the potential to get their face too close to the water or possibly against the plastic of the actual float itself!! I don’t need to state the obvious but, ADULT/PARENT supervision is a must when using- whew! I said it.. just in case!! Deciding between float options for infants we chose Swimschool Narwal simply bc, the baby is NOT harnessed into the float itself. IMHO- it is safest to have the ability to snatch an infant instantly out of float in case of emergency- ie. If float popped or sinks, chocking on h2o, float is getting away from you, capsize.. So, I appreciate there is no no harness to unbuckle on this float! Functionality: this doesn’t provide adequate photos letting you know what to expect and/or how it works exactly- so, I included photos to help decipher. This is a floating triangular saucer and built into the center is a seat with an inflatable air ring fit directly around the opening. A flotation netting then connects a second/outer air ring providing the floatation device all its excess stability and buoyancy. Dead in the center is a built in crotch sling seat so, baby cannot slip straight thru ring and out the bottom! Underneath the seat (between the legs) is an adjustable nylon strap connected directly into the float itself- THIS is how one will adjust the height level an infant sits inside the device at when on the water. All the closed seams and connections seem durably reinforced and strong and this feels very structurally sound. **Note: smaller/younger infants will tighten the strap to sit higher up when in the water.. for larger child, this is loosened for seat to ride lower. Details: this has 2 separate air chambers.. it inflates easily and is completed within minutes (we used hand pump with zero issues..) *Air chambers are completely separate for safety purposes: in case of any air leakage or puncture, one would still be intact.. I love this forethought! But, my favorite feature is the approx. 5” netted ledge that connects the 2 air chambers.. it makes a 360° Platform that is perfect to place pool toys etc. for baby to play with and be entertained.. The one feature this is missing- is shade!!! There is no awning attached or otherwise. Its not a dealbreaker but, I mention it bc without one, I highly recommend using a bucket hat ample sunscreen for an infants delicate skin! For a price point of $20- this is a solid find to help your little one enjoy time in the pool. It provides the confidence and if used appropriately- it will be a welcomed addition to anybody’s outdoor fun! It came well-protected, in a box, without holes. We tried it out with our little baby girl, who is 9 months old, and she fits great. The float is on the smaller side, so I think that a chubbier baby (like my oldest) will not fit in it at the age of 2. Overall, it seems well made and has no bad odors. The stitches are in place and the material is rather soft. My daughter is very drawn to it and keeps walking to it to play, even when we are not at the beach. We definitely like it a lot.

This device was quite handy for a summer of pools and lakes. It's strong and balanced enough to provide sturdy support for my daughter, and the wide-brim activity center was quite a lot of fun. This was set up by a double ring of inflatable tubes, which made it even more secure. Yes, baby will stay put as you push baby around the water.

Needed to buy arm water wings to give better support to child...

My wife got this to try for our baby girls. I was skeptical it'd be a cheaply made item but to our surprise it seems to be made really well. It inflates easy, looks nice and functions just as we'd need for getting the kids used to being in water other than a bath tub :-)

Easy to set up and protects my daughter. Looks cute 10/10
