What are the exact specifications for the ssd if i want another. do i have to replace, or is there a spot for another additional ssd?

There is an additional bay for a 2.5" sata SSD (7mm) and it comes with the cable and screws. If you want to replace the SSD that it comes with you need to buy a nvme m.2 2280 SSD. Then you will need an enclosure to clone the original drive to the new drive or do a clean install of windows using the media creation tool.

Try to connect an external monitor for my workflow, any suggestions?

Some Monitors now come USB Ready so there should be no issue using plug and play. You will need to go to your display/monitor setting on your CPU to set up as active. Also, you may be able to use your tv as well and use the HDMI connections to do so. Hope it helps
