What sre storage requirements?

I keep it at room temperature, which in my place is 67-80. No problems. It's in a tube that closes tightly, so no exposure to air.

How does this compare to the Aspercreme spray?

I haven’t used the spray. One of the things I like most about the cream is that you rub it in, which means it penetrates deeper as well as a light massage on the sore area.

They are listed on their website; Active Ingredient: Trolamine Salicylate (10%). Inactive Ingredients: Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Cetyl Alcohol, Glycerol, Methylparaben, Mineral Oil, Potassium Phosphate, Propylparaben, Stearic Acid, Triethanolamine, Water (241-75). I find it works very well and just ordered Aspercream with 4% Lidocane
