A lifetime purchase
I use this for batter on my chicken for my orange chicken and Asian dishes. I use cold club soda instead of water in this batter mix and will always use this for my life time .this will never change.

Batter mix
This mix is very easy and straightforward to use. You just mix the entire packet with water, mix it up, and drop the food into it before frying it. I don't use deep frying oil so I just sauteed some battered chicken strips then baked them until they were fully cooked. The batter coating on them came out crispy and delicious. There is no flavor to the batter so although the directions say no need to mix spices in you may want to put some kind of powdered spice in if you wish a spicier flavor.

These batter mixes are easy to use and the instructions easy to follow. Great for chicken strips and shrimp, only things I have tried so far. They come out nice and crispy. If you like more spices to your fried food I would suggest adding some to the batter as it didn't taste like any were included. Overall, no issues with recommending.
